Terrible flexibility with delivery, the driver was more than happy to drop off at another address but "office" wouldnt let him so now have to pay another £30 delivery all because they wouldnt let him deliever to my mams 5 mins up the road, 8am-6pm to wait in an vacant property with nothing in? could atleast texted an hour before to give me time to leave work. but no sudden phonecall when outside brilliant lol

High quality flooring and service at a good price
This is the second time I have ordered from Factory Direct Flooring and on both occasions the order was received promptly as per the booked date, the quality of the LVT flooring was all to a high standard, and the customer service department when I needed to return some flooring helpful.
Very small samples
We received a very small cut sample of a LVT tile, but pattern seems a bit darker than the 1 and only image on your site.
I've asked your customer serve team for the option to order a bigger sample - many other flooring sites offer this paying for the tile - and was told the only way to get a full tile is to order a full pack. You should have more images on the site, or have the option to order bigger samples.
It's a shame as we were planning to make a big order and now will go somewhere else
Very poor service
Flooring delivered was a totally different colour to that advertised. Company refused to replace and only part refunded when it was returned. Avoid.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL
I ordered lino for a refurbishment and paid extra for delivery before 12 on a monday. Paid my workman to be at my house 8-12 for delivery so as a deadline could be met....no delivery. Waited all day ( being paid) till 6.30. tried to call but it was closed. Called the next day less than happy and was refunded £12.40!
No lino arrived, 2 weeks later still waiting on my refund. Thats when the company stops blaming Tufnell's the delivery company.
POOR POOR MANAGEMENT, POOR RESOLUTION SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS.
You are better advised to pay a little more and not be messed around, ignored and ripped off.
Vulgar service
Disgusting company first time using and will be deffinatly my last, £29.50 for delivery between 8am and 6pm which is a disgrace as it is for that price and then it to not turn up it's now 6.35pm and no delivery, I've chased this up a few times tofay and this morning at around 9.15am the delivery van was literally five minutes away from me on another street then 40 mins later be at the other end of town makes no sense what so ever, there now closed so can't speak to anyone until tomorrow and they won't be delivering tomorow either, absolutely disgusting, my kitchen is upside down as I had my carpet fitter arrange for tomorow and he now won't be able to come, fdf your right up says you pride yourself on your service well if this is pride then u need to be ashamed, I will not be recommending and most definitely will not be using again, and I want my delivery charge back as you have failed to do that, my opoinion avoid avoid avoid this shambles of a vulgar company .....
Further to my review yesterday, I've now spoken with this disgustingly vile company who don't seem to give a damn, he told me these things happen just like they are for many company's, what a joke, he showed no remorse and was cocky, he got me that angry I did shout at him (his own fault) then I demanded a full refund he refused and said I had to put this in writing, even though they have failed to deliver and might I add when I chased up the delivery yesterday morning I was told where the driver currently was and he was literally 5 mins away basically the next estate from where he was but then ended up at the other end of town, in my humble opinion to anyone considering using this company I would highly recommend rethinking and looking else where, avoid avoid avoid, I've now opened up a case with PayPal.
And in response to their reply, no you don't like being told when your in the wrong, and refused to issue me a refund when your clearly at fault, and as for the driver my number was provided so how about COMMUNICATION and technology with ability to make a call, well done for your vile service.
Factory direct flooring, thank you for your response again, are you now going to put the refund through and resolve the dispute with PayPal?? And compensate for the issues?? Seen as you told me u wouldn't have advised getting a fitter in to lay my lino even though that my perogative to do so as your company advised delivery would be yesterday, I have an upside down and all my big items scattered around my home awaiting for flooring to be fitted that did not show.
Excellent Customer Service
Excellent Customer Service - delivery company brought the flooring into our factory when we were all in the office having a meeting, so we didn't know it had arrived. On checking it had a gouge in it which will probably not cause us any issue but the attitude of the chaps at FDF was brilliant. An email arrived for us to respond to should the damage render the flooring unfit for purpose and if we can get around any issue, they still want us to let them know about the damage as we may be partially refunded. Thank you Adam and Carl. So many businesses could learn from these chaps. Highly recommended.

Terrible service. Have been waiting for delivery since Thursday, it is now Tuesday late afternoon and no sign of it.
Have to wait all day as no delivery time can be given.
